1. Agreement to terms

By creating an account, requesting a service, or otherwise using Cleantiful, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What Cleantiful does

Cleantiful matches service requests for homes, workplaces, boats, and private aircraft with independent or company-affiliated service professionals, and manages scope, scheduling, and status through completion.

3. Requests and pricing

Estimates shown before booking are starting figures. The final scope and price are confirmed with you before a professional is assigned, and before any charge is made.

4. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for providing accurate access, location, and scope details, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel or reschedule a request from your account before a professional is assigned. Once work is in progress, contact support for changes.

6. Limitation of liability

Cleantiful coordinates and vets the professional network but isn't the employer of independent professionals. Liability for service outcomes is handled as described at the time of booking.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
